Forms Purchase Agreement

This purchase is strictly voluntary with the expectations that your genealogy will be made safe and available to your descendants after 2012. The purchaser must agree to release this information (without repercussion, liable or legal action in any form to Humanities of Hope organization) for safe keeping. This information will be kept private and confidential for Humanities of Hope organization purposes only and will not be released in whole or in part to any third party or third party organization.
 

Client Satisfaction and Statement of Intent

It is our intent that our forms meet your expectations. Please review the sample form for individual registration and family registration prior to purchase.  
Completing the form process confirms that you have reviewed the information and are fully aware of your purchase.

Refund Policy

Humanities of Hope organization guarantees client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the services you have purchased, we will grant a full refund of any money spent, providing the explanation of why you are dissatisfied is reasonable.  Financial transactions incurred by a minor acting under false pretenses will be refunded only if said use results in legal prosecution of the minor by the rightful cardholder/account holder.
